If your unit is under a home warranty contract, please understand that SEPMI is contracted to abide by the restrictions and procedures of that home warranty company.

PLEASE BE ADVISED: If you are not present and/or turn the vendor away at the door, you may be charged for any rescheduling and/or any further damage caused by the delay. Additionally: If it is found that the issue is not a malfunction, but the cause was by the tenant, the tenant will be held responsible.
