A typical visit includes:
Interior
- Check that windows and doors are closed and locked.
- Check that HVAC is operational and thermostats and humidistats are set properly.
- Inspect for water incursion around windows and doors and on walls and ceilings.
- Check operation of sinks, toilets, bathtubs and showers.
- Check for plumbing leaks.
- Check that refrigerator and freezer are cooling properly.
- Perform monthly dishwasher rinse cycle to prevent seals from drying out.
- Check for insect or rodent incursion/infestation.
- Water plants per instructions.
- Check for forced entry.
Exterior
- Check that doors, windows, shutters, garage doors, furniture, cabinets, structures and coverings are secure or in place.
