Ian M Kraut joined Sedona Elite Properties Mgmt. Inc., in 2012 under his predecessor as the financial controller. Prior to joining the organization, he was an internal auditor for The Kroger Company based out of Cincinnati, Ohio. Kraut is a graduate of Rutgers University and holds a Masters Degree in City Planning from The Ohio State University as well as a Masters Degree in Accounting and Tax from The University of Cincinnati. 

Lindsay Hammersmith, DPT

Owner, Realtor®

Lindsay Hammersmith joined the SEP team by extension in 2019 when she and her husband purchased the business from its predecessor. Prior to joining the team, Hammersmith acted as the lead physical therapist for a well known boutique clinic here in Sedona. She too is a graduate of The Ohio State University and holds a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from The College of Mount Saint Joseph in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Traci A. Durfee


Traci Durfee joined the team in 2019 and oversees the residential sales arm of the business. Hailing originally from Minnesota, but having relocated from Long Beach, CA most recently, Durfee has an extensive background in web development & brand management.  

Nathan Foster

Nathan Foster began with Sedona Elite Properties Mgmt. Inc., in 2014 as the director of vacation rental management. Foster's background includes extensive work in residential property management as well as residential sales.

Graham Evans


Graham Evans joined the team in 2019 having relocated from London, England. Prior to joining SEP, Evans worked in the professional staffing industry.

Kristina Botkin

Realtor®, Director of Operations

Kristina Botkin joined the team with the previous owner in 2018 having made the transition to new ownership in 2019. Botkin obtained a real estate license in 2018 and is integral to the success of SEP as its Director of Operations. Prior to her arrival in Sedona, Botkin maintained a home in California. She has an extensive history in the service industry.
