His background in accounting and planning ensures thoughtful management and long-term value for owners and partners.
Lindsay Hammersmith, PT, DPT

As Co-Owner of Sedona Elite Properties, Lindsay Hammersmith is committed to supporting long-term housing and the well-being of the Sedona community. She works alongside the SEP team and volunteers with organizations across the Verde Valley. Drawing from her background in Physical Therapy and Yoga, Lindsay views housing as an essential component of healthcare and is proud to help position SEP as a trusted partner in Sedona’s long-term housing solutions.
Traci A. Durfee
Director of Sales, Realtor®
Traci Durfee has been a full time real estate agent since 2019 and is the Director of Sales for Sedona Elite Properties. She is now also an Associate Broker for the company. Traci works with a variety of clients, both sellers & buyers, with her speciality being luxury home listings and is the president-elect for the Sedona Luxury Real Estate Professionals. Her passions lie with art and design, music, and all things in the creative arts. When she isn't working, she is spending time with her wife and taking frequent trips to Flagstaff or Phoenix or other travels to enjoy music shows, good food & fun events.
Miriam Rubalcaba Najera
Director of Leasing, Realtor®
Miriam joined SEP in June 2023. Originally from Phoenix,Az but has been in the verde valley since 2003. Prior to joining the team Miriam worked for National Bank of Arizona for 7 years as a client service associate and a branch relationship banker in Cottonwood and Sedona.
Tori Durfee
Office Administrator
Tori joined SEP in March 2021. Although she lived in Sedona several years ago, you can find her working remotely from Minnesota - returning to Sedona semiannually to work in person and reconnect with the team. As the youngest of 7 siblings, her background is rooted in teamwork and collaboration. While her older sister, Traci, is our very own Director of Sales. Tori adds to the team with over 25 years of experience in HR, Office Administration, and Operations.
Jason Miller

Jason joined Sedona Elite Properties in 2022. Originally from Sedona, Jason came back to the Verde Valley in 2017 to be closer to family. With a background in the construction trades and building, Jason’s focus is on affordable housing, development and investments properties.

Emily Durfee became part of the SEP team in 2023 as the sales team manager for her wife, Traci Durfee. Having relocated from New England to Sedona in 2021, Emily brings a wealth of experience in sales, marketing, and management.
Jerome B. Huez

Jerome joined Sedona Elite Properties in 2025 and has lived in Sedona since 2019. With 15+ years of real estate experience and hundreds of transactions, he works with buyers, sellers, investors, and developers. Trained as an engineer with a master’s in system control and modeling, Jerome applies a data-driven mindset to real estate. His philosophy: Insight + Opportunity.
